We ask a deposit of 30% of the total rent sum. The remaining balance due to be paid two weeks prior to commencement of the rental. 

We accept payments with credit card, Paypal and nbank transfer

Check in at 14:00 / Check out at 11:00 (Flexible depending on vacancy).

No pets allowed under any circumstances.

​ Smoking is NOT allowed in the apartment or in the balcony.

INSURANCE: It is advised to take out a personal insurance to cover all eventualities. We will not be responsible for any injury caused from using the apartment or its facilities.
